Zoom Attendant Job Description and Duties
Zoom attendants are responsible for letting people in to watch Sunday service. They may need to troubleshoot and help guests who may have challenges logging on. They will need to be sociable with guests until service begins.

Duties and Responsibilities before Fellowship (9:45am):

• Socialize with guests online before the service starts
  
• Monitors chats and participates when need be
  
• Records service for later sharing
  
• Manage the control functions
  
• Assist guests if they are having trouble logging on
  
• Effectively screen share for audience viewing 
  
• Manage break out rooms for audience participation
  
• Ability to mute and unmute 
  
• Remove attendees as needed
